Request account and data deletion.

Use this page to request deletion of your SoSmooth Flow account and associated personal data. We may need to verify ownership before deleting account-related information.

Verify account We may confirm that the request belongs to the account owner.
Use your account email Use the email connected to your SoSmooth Flow account when possible.
Processing window Most requests are reviewed within 7 business days.
Privacy first Some records may be retained where legally required.
Important: Deleting your account may remove saved posts, scheduled content, connected platform records, account profile data, and plan-related access. If you have an active Pro subscription, you may also need to cancel billing through PayPal.

Submit a deletion request

Fill out this request form. It sends the details needed to begin the deletion review.

Never send passwords, PayPal secrets, Firebase credentials, private keys, or platform access tokens through this form.

Pro billing reminder: If you have a PayPal Pro subscription, deleting your SoSmooth Flow data does not always automatically cancel PayPal billing. You should also manage or cancel your subscription inside your PayPal account.

We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting account-related data.

What may be deleted

Eligible data may include information connected to your SoSmooth Flow account and usage.

Account profile

Name, email, account profile details, and account-related preferences where eligible.

Posting data

Saved drafts, scheduled posts, queue records, and content workflow data where eligible.

Connected platform data

Stored connection metadata for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other supported platforms where eligible.

Some records may be retained.
Billing records, fraud-prevention logs, security logs, legal records, tax records, and backup data may be retained where required or permitted by law.
Connected platforms have their own rules.
Deleting SoSmooth Flow data does not automatically delete data from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, PayPal, Google, Firebase, or any other third-party service.
Published content may need separate action.
If content was already published to a social platform, you may need to remove it directly from that platform.
