Quick answers

New users can start on the homepage or pricing page. Choose Starter to begin free, create your account, then open the dashboard.
Returning users should sign in and go straight to the dashboard. If you already have Pro, your plan should stay connected to your account.
Starter is the free plan. It gives you the core dashboard workflow with Facebook and Instagram access.
Pro unlocks all supported platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn, plus the fuller SoSmooth Flow workflow.
Sign in first, choose Pro, approve the PayPal subscription, then SoSmooth Flow sends the subscription ID to the backend for verification and account upgrade.

No. You can begin by learning the dashboard flow first. Connect only the channels you actually plan to use.
Yes. The dashboard supports creating content without forcing every post to go live immediately.
Yes. Use the preview area to check your message before saving, scheduling, or publishing.
That is the intended returning-user experience. Once you are signed in, the dashboard is where your work happens.

Plans, upgrades, and billing

Clear support for Starter, Pro, and PayPal activation.

Starter and Pro

Yes. Start with Starter, then upgrade to Pro when you want all supported platforms unlocked.
No. Starter users do not need PayPal. PayPal is only used when a signed-in user chooses Pro.
Pro users should see Pro access attached to their account and all supported platforms available.
Contact support and choose “PayPal / Pro Activation.” Include the email connected to your SoSmooth Flow account. Do not send passwords or PayPal secrets.
Pro subscriptions are handled through PayPal. You can manage automatic payments through your PayPal account, or contact support for help finding the right path.
