SoSmooth Flow may connect with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, PayPal, Firebase, Google services, or other providers. These third-party services are not owned or controlled by SoSmooth Flow.

  • You are responsible for following each third-party platform’s rules, policies, and terms.

  • Starter features may be limited compared with Pro.
  • Pro access may require an active subscription.
  • Plan features, prices, and availability may change over time.
  • Some features may depend on third-party platform approval, permissions, API access, or technical availability.

You may cancel a paid subscription according to the cancellation options provided by PayPal, the payment provider, or SoSmooth Flow support.

  • Cancelling a subscription may stop future renewal charges but may not automatically refund past charges.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or specifically stated in writing.
  • If a refund is approved, it may be processed through PayPal or the original payment provider.
  • Access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required or stated.

SoSmooth Flow may provide AI-assisted writing tools such as hooks, captions, hashtags, calls to action, emojis, or other content suggestions.

  • AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case.

  • Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control.
  • You are responsible for your strategy, content quality, timing, offers, audience, and compliance.

14. Suspension or termination
